Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop evidence-based Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) materials tailored to target audiences.
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of SBCC materials with project goals and cultural contexts.
∎ Conduct formative field work and desk work to identify communication needs and gaps.
∎ Develop SBCC materials, to create and awareness at different level. annual report, project report, case stories etc.
∎ Prepare web and social media content, blogs, awareness content for Facebook, Twitter for the project·
∎ Develop creative content for communication and knowledge product sharing along with capturing photo and videos.
∎ Work closely with graphic designers, media teams, and production agencies to produce high-quality materials.
∎ Train field staff and stakeholders on the effective use of SBCC tools and materials.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the impact of SBCC interventions and recommend improvements.
∎ Communicate and liaise with relevant Govt officials, youth organization / platform and with other relevant stakeholders for policy advocacy.SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organization and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ With the support of The Global Fund, The Climate Change and Health Project aims to raise awareness about the health impacts of climate change, particularly the rise in vector-borne and communicable diseases. By engaging local communities, health authorities, and relevant stakeholders, the project focuses on preventive measures, early warning systems, and capacity building to reduce the health risks associated with climate change. Activities include advocacy campaigns, training for health workers, seasonal health updates, and the identification and elimination of disease breeding grounds.
∎ The project strives to enhance community resilience and promote sustainable health practices in the face of climate challenges.
