Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support on effective procurement process; documentation, filling and payment process as per Concern standard procedure and practice
∎ Keep an updated database of local suppliers and prices of frequently needed goods and services
∎ Support to maintain Supply Requests, contract and payment tracker and keep update to support and accelerate on time procurement and logistics activities
∎ Support to Tender process, prepare tender document, facilitated tender evaluation and final note and agreement
∎ RFQ process, prepare comparative cost analysis check sample and prepare Purchase order maintaining organizational terms condition.
∎ Support programme teams in the development of procurement plans as per procurement guideline
∎ Support on the suppliers pre-qualification process
∎ Prepare note, justification on procurement and administrative issues
∎ Prepare/collect and submit to finance department the documentation for payment requests
∎ Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse officers to arrange for supply deliveries
∎ Support to Admin, facilities and procurement in terms of materials delivery/receipt, mail delivery, purchase and related issues.
∎ Ensure support and process in logistics for event management such as venue, food, accommodation etc.
∎ Job Purpose:
∎ The Procurement Support Officer (PSO) – Admin & Logistics is accountable to the Procurement Specialist/Head of Admin and Logistics for performance. Feedback from colleagues, Head of Admin & Logistics, Senior Managers, together with safety records and availability of equipment and appliances will be the main means of assessing performance.
∎ Main duties & responsibilities:
∎ Support to ensure regular and effective procurement and Logistics thereby enabling provision of a faster, transparent and well documented procurement functions ensuing value for money, compliance as per policy and procedure. Including, but not limited to

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Monthly Gross Salary range : BDT 38,000/- to 46,190/-
∎ Standard benefits as per organizational policy: Festival Allowance, Group Life and Hospitalisation Insurance coverages, OPD coverage, Mobile ceiling and other admissible benefits as per organisational policy.
