Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• Bachelor’s/Master`s degree in a relevant discipline from a recognised institution, for example Econometrics, Statistics, Data Science, Information Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• For Master’s with at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in Database management, data analysis, or information management within a MEAL, M&E, or research function

• For Bachelor’s with at least 4-5 years of experience in the related field.

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Fluency in English; knowledge of Bengali and/or Rohingya preferred

• Experience in coordinating field teams

• Background in report writing and documentation

• Demonstrated willingness and ability to travel to the field whenever necessary.

• Ability to work effectively with colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds.

• High level of honesty and integrity.

• Fluency in Chittagonian dialect

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams and multi-cultural environments.

• Habituated to extensive field visits.
