Experience:
Masters with four years bachelor degree in statistics, economics, social science, urban and rural planning and relevant subjects.
Minimum of 5 years working experiences in Monitoring, Evaluation, MIS, Documentation and Reporting. Experience of working in Health, Nutrition, prevention, preparedness and response of disease outbreak and Development project in Bangladesh with NGOs /INGOs.
Have clear understanding on knowledge management, documentation and reporting skill.
Knowledge on database systems, monitoring, documentation and reporting tools and techniques.
Have data analytical skill.
Have a clear understanding and working experience with multi-partners and stakeholder to keep in a platform in a professional manner.
Demonstrated inter-personal, negotiation and multi-tasking skills.
Good time management skill and ability to work with minimum supervision.
Practicing innovation/creativity and achieving quality results and service.
Good proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Knowledge and skills on data collection process using Kobo Toolbox
Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access and PowerPoint presentation
Have sound knowledge on statistical analysis of data using SPSS / other statistical package.
Good report writing and documentation ability

Able to operate virtual communication platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.
Shushilan, a national reputed NGO is going to implement a project entitled “Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) Project Bangladesh” with technical and financial support from FHI 360. Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) project is a global project funded by the US Department of State and the US President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), that provides strategic technical assistance and direct service delivery to strengthen Global Health Security (GHS), including outbreak response; improve maternal and child health (MCH), and promote health systems strengthening (HSS) including supply chain management. EpiC is led by FHI 360 with it’s implementation partners including Shushilan working in seven districts of Bangladesh where Shushilan is working in Jashore and Satkhira district. Shushilan is inviting application from the qualified and interested candidates for the following position.
Design, develop and implement monitoring systems for the project;
Develop and operations of the relational database systems using multi-sectoral data from heterogeneous platforms;
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual work plan for the project and follow up the accomplishment of the targeted activities;
Provide necessary guidance to the field staff on different M&E tools and techniques for monitoring of activities and collection of field data;
Tracking of projects progress at a regular basis and update information with the project management and FHI 360 representative;
Prepare monthly, quality reports and documents in consultation with Focal Person, PC and responsible FHI 360 representatives;
Keep regular and effective coordination, liaison and communication with Department of Health, DLS, DAE, NGOs and relevant stakeholders at Upazila and District level.
Organize and attend various relevant meeting, seminar, workshop in project working areas;
Support the field team to organize and take necessary preparation for donor visit and produce report;
Provide support to the focal person and project coordinator for smooth implementation of the project;
Ensure security and safe custody of all data, information and documents;
Identify different field issues and improvement area of integration as well as collaboration with external stakeholders;
Work closely with field team for ensuring quality of information as well as follow up the updating of event reports in MIS;
Assist PC to prepare any guideline, process and tools as per the guidance by FHI 360 representatives and senior management;
Collect case studies, document, lessons learned and best practices from the field and finalize the documents for external dissemination and future preservation;
Respect, maintain and monitor code of conduct practice;
All kind of positive motivation to support and response in emergency;
In addition to that any other duties and responsibilities may assigned by the authority / organization which need to be carried out.
