Experience:
Minimum HSC/Diploma or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management, Supply Chain Management, or any relevant subject.
Minimum HSC/Diploma 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in this context.
Minimum Bachelors 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in this context.
Good in written and spoken English & Bangla.
Skilled in procurement, inventory management, and other logistics functions.
Good Team player with social and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Computer Operations, MS Office Applications, including typing preferably in English and Bengali, E-mail & Internet.
Flexibility and adaptability are essential, as well as the ability to plan, take initiative and organize work independently.
Demonstrated willingness and ability to travel to the field whenever necessary.
Ability to work effectively with colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds.
High level of honesty and integrity.
Fluency in Chittagonian dialect
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams and multi-cultural environments.
Habituated to extensive field visits.
