∎ Have knowledge or willingness to learn and challenge oneself and others regarding gender roles, power relationships and gender-based violence
∎ Needs experience and skills in working with community people and influencers in the community
∎ Patient, persuasive and have the confidence and experience needed to be taken seriously by leaders
∎ Needs to have in depth knowledge about the behavior of  the bystandards Men & Boys in the community
∎ Deep knowledge on Violence against women (VAW) and Male as Ally
∎ Knowledge on basic Gender issues
∎ Leadership skills and supervisory experience, including the ability to develop team performance
∎ Facilitation Skills, Communication & Coordination Skills
∎ Fluency in Chittagong Dialect
∎ Interpersonal Skills: Empathetic and Assertive
∎ Problem-Solving Skills
∎ Familiarity with principles of monitoring & evaluation
∎ Experience in writing brief narrative reports
∎ Able to work collaboratively with internal staff and external providers
∎ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide professional and confidential services to survivors of GBV based on survivor-centered case management approach
∎ Oversee and Operate the Girl Shine Curriculum activities
∎ Facilitate Male Role Model Workshops and identify Role Models in the community to lead male engagement activities
∎ Oversee and coordinate the operation of the Women & Girls Safe Space ( WGSS)
∎ Provide Case management & PSS Service to the GBV Survivor to maintain GBV guiding principle
∎ Ensure the GBVIMS is accurately updated on a regular basis
∎ Conducts community consultations to design program and operation
∎ Provide weekly and monthly report and submit data on KOBO
∎ Maintain stock register, inventory, asset etc. properly and timely in effective manner
∎ Support the Girls Shine program by enrolling participants and conducting Male Caregiver sessions
∎ Conduct the Girl Shine Curriculum literacy & Numeracy session
∎ Oversee skill empowerment work, ensure quality by monitoring the trainers
∎ Provide the Case management under the GBVIMS+ /Primero platform as a Case Worker
∎ Provide accurate referrals and ensure adequate follow up of all referred cases
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
∎ This position will be required to provide Case Management/ WGSS/ Girlshine/ Male Engagement service to the GBV survivor in the Host and Camp level. To maintain proper GBV guiding principle in time of Case Management/ WGSS/ Girlshine/ Male Engagement and GBVIMS. Monitor and follow up Girl Shine Star in the field. Also focus on the male engagement approaches in camp or host community. To buildup capacity of volunteers.
