Responsibilities & Context:
∎ About the Role
∎ The Technical Lead – DRR provides the regional leadership and oversight for DRR interventions within the HICRA program in adherence to donor (USAID) regulations. This role focuses on leading a team in identifying disaster risks, developing preparedness plans, and strengthening the capacity of local stakeholders in Cox's Bazar and Chittagong Hill Tracts districts. The post holder’s responsibilities encompass successful programme implementation, managing program budgets, ensuring quality, conducting capacity building for HICRA DRR staff, and contributing to MEL activities. The role-holder is expected to have a thorough understanding of the DRR needs of the Cox’s Bazar and Chittagong Hill Tracts region. The role-holder will guide the implementation of the DRR related activities and monitoring and advice the DCOP periodically

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Annual Salary: BDT 1,820,784.00 -1,951,090.00 gross per annum + medical reimbursement, provident fund, life and medical insurance.
