∎ Proven experience (4+ years) as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role, preferably in the real estate or corporate sector.
∎ Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
∎ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools.
∎ Ability to handle multitasking and work under pressure.
∎ High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
∎ Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the Project Director’s daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
∎ Organize and prioritize correspondence, emails, and calls, ensuring timely responses.
∎ Prepare and manage confidential documents, reports, and presentations.
∎ Schedule and coordinate meetings, both internal and external, including preparation of agendas and meeting minutes.
∎ Ensure all necessary materials and information are available before meetings.
∎ Follow up on action points and tasks assigned during meetings.
∎ Act as a point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
∎ Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, memos, and other communications on behalf of the Chairman.
∎ Organize domestic and international travel itineraries, including bookings for flights, hotels, and transportation.
∎ Plan and manage events, conferences, and networking engagements for the Project Dirctor.
∎ Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
∎ Ensure all activities align with the company’s policies and standards.
∎ Maintain and organize the Chairman’s office, ensuring a professional and efficient working environment.
∎ Support the Chairman with personal tasks when required.
