∎ Preference will be given to candidates having prior working experience in the project area and experience of: Implementing the project activities in the field;
∎ Carry forwarding community capacity building assessments;
∎ Carry forward plinthraising activitie satfield level,experience in Cashfor work(CFW)modality through Mobile Money Transfer (MMT) will be prioritized
∎ Carry forward agricultural input distribution and capacity building of community
∎ Good community mobilization, consultation and session facilitation skills
∎ Coordination and maintain liaison with communities,civil society groups and local stake holders;
∎ Skills in Community Consultation and Process Facilitation;
∎ EffectiveProblemsolver.
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills in local language and Bengali;
∎ Ability to work remotely in the field;
∎ Experience in Cashfor Work(CFW) modality through Mobile Money Transfer(MMT)will be an asset
∎ Good understanding on issues related to gender equity and protection
∎ Proficient in MS Office tools (Word,Excel)

The goal of the activity is to “Foster locallyled, gender inclusive and policy in formed communityresilienceinBangladesh,withparticularfocusonthemostvulnerableandflood-proneareasofBangladesh".DAM is implementing theSHOUHARDOIIIDRRActivityinSunamganj(Taherpur&DowarabazarUpazillas)andNetrokona(Madan&KhaliajhuriUpazillas) district supported by CARE Bangladesh from November2023.
