Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive M&E framework to assess project progress and impact.
∎ Design tools and methodologies for data collection, analysis, and reporting based on M&E aspects.
∎ Monitor the performance of project activities against key indicators and milestones.
∎ Prepare periodic M&E reports, including recommendations for project improvement.
∎ Organize coordination meetings at different level and attend progress reviews meeting and learning sharing sessions.
∎ Assist in preparing progress reports and ensure data entry at relevant platform.
∎ Provide technical support and capacity building to project staff on M&E processes.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate submission of data to stakeholders and donors.
∎ Conduct frequent field visits to validate project data and ensure adherence to M&E protocols.
∎ Provide support during monitoring visit by BRAC and donor including external and internal review of the project.SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organization and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ With the support of The Global Fund, The Climate Change and Health Project aims to raise awareness about the health impacts of climate change, particularly the rise in vector-borne and communicable diseases. By engaging local communities, health authorities, and relevant stakeholders, the project focuses on preventive measures, early warning systems, and capacity building to reduce the health risks associated with climate change. Activities include advocacy campaigns, training for health workers, seasonal health updates, and the identification and elimination of disease breeding grounds.
∎ The project strives to enhance community resilience and promote sustainable health practices in the face of climate challenges.
