Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Masters degree in any discipline from recognized University with at least five years experience in Child Rights related project implementation in any reputed NGO.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skills,Monitoring,Report Writing

∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Program Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a team for successful implementation of Child Protection program.
∎ Conduct monthly performance review with project staff.
∎ Assist and monitor Field Facilitators (FF) in conducting base line and end line survey, activating Union and Ward level Disaster management Committee.
∎ Organize community and stakeholders meeting at union and community level.
∎ Ensure select beneficiaries of Cash for Woark(CFW), Unconditional Cash Grant(UCG)
∎ Ensure proper selection of CFW schemes.
∎ Prepare monthly work plan and work accordingly.
∎ Collaboration and linkage with other service providers at upazila and district level.
∎ Collaboration and linkage with Action Against Hunger project officials.
∎ Supervise all activities of the CF and other staff.
∎ Prepare monthly and quarterly performance report.
∎ Do any other job assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ A mature outlook and strong commitment to work with NGO
∎ Must be skilled in preparing report.
∎ Experience of networking and mobilization of local communities.
∎ Strong computer operation, organizational and management skills.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 68000 - 70000 (Monthly)
∎ Gross monthly salary

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ As per project provision.
