Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project, Beneficiary and Staff Management.
∎ Supervise and Monitor quantitatively as well as qualitatively the compliance with the action plan
∎ Implement the project components in participation with other stakeholders of the project
∎ Maintain liaisons with the donor, local leaders, NGOs, local government bodies and other stakeholders.
∎ Maintaining and following up day to day accounts and expenditure.
∎ Arrange, Facilitate and conduct relevant training/Meeting/ Workshops etc.
∎ Coordinate and oversee staff assigned in project areas to implement the project activities. .
∎ Reporting and communication with line manager, donor & Govt. Offices.
∎ Providing technical and resource mobilization (man/materials) support to develop Staffs' capacity & carrying out activities to reach the organizational goal.
∎ Liaisons developing with different stakeholders, motivating people with policy brief and set strategies through consultations meetings.
∎ Facilitating wide-range audience, training, workshop, and advocacy dialogue, GO-NGO collaboration meeting, seminar, symposium, and workshop with the involvement of employers, different stakeholders and civil society.
∎ Follow the direction of AVAS ED & EC and any other official instruction by the line manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Minimum 8 years working experience with NGO/Development organizations.
∎ 3-5 years working experience in right based & gender development projects.
∎ Experienced in Project planning, Implementation, Monitoring and evaluation.
∎ Having knowledge on existing law & policy related to Child Marriage
∎ Excellent communication skills, in written and verbal both in Bangla and English.
∎ Good at advocacy with Local Government bodies, Member of Parliament (MPs), Government Officials, Civil society members& other concerned stakeholders.
∎ Both male and Female can apply but female will be given priority.
∎ Have valid motorbike driving license
Salary:
∎ Tk. 45000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Conveyance & Mobile bill will be actual basis and bonus will be paid According to the Project Budget and organization policies.
