Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 20 years
  • Master’s in Social Science/Social work/ Sociology/ Political science/ Public Administration or any other discipline.

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in development activities at the field level.

  • Preference will be given to working with migrants.

  • Manages workload distribution, conflict resolution, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain high team productivity.

  • Build accountability within the team by setting expectations, delegating effectively, and ensuring follow-through.

  • Business Operational Analysis Skills

  • Coordinates stakeholders, resources, and risks to maintain smooth program delivery and rapid problem resolution.

  • This is a project-based positon.

Job Purpose

This position is responsible for coordinating the overall activities of the Migration and Reintegration Support Centre. The incumbent will closely supervise the Programme Organizers of the respective upazilas and facilitate volunteers in carrying out their responsibilities. The role includes arranging and facilitating issue-based trainings and events, maintaining documentation, and preparing periodic reports and project MIS. The incumbent will also maintain communication with local-level stakeholders, including duty bearers, local government institutions, journalists, and returnee forums, to ensure smooth field implementation and support advocacy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise program organizers under the respective Migration and Reintegration Support Center.

  • Provide continuous guidance to the team for ensuring quality programme implementation/field operations.

  • Facilitate field activities, followed by regular visits to ensure better outcomes of the project. 

  • Ensure the end-to-end process of identifying, recruiting, and orienting volunteers to ensure adequate field-level support.

  • Maintain and update a structured returnee database. 

  • Plan and execute workshops, consultations, and seminars at the local level, ensuring strong participation.     

  • Build and sustain effective communication and relationships with local stakeholders, including government agencies (GO) and NGOs, to ensure smooth implementation, collaboration, and advocacy.

  • Capture and document best practices, case stories, and field insights to support learning and communication efforts.

  • Prepare and submit periodic activity reports, MIS updates, and other documentation as required for program monitoring.

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
