Job Context:
∎ Project Coordination:- It is about saving time on Project Management of a PM. Doing a perfect job and within a span of time is what counts
∎ File Handling and Tracking:- This means that he is the link to the vendors/Local Project Managers/ Production Teams (DTP, Engg, QA) that receive the files to work with, outside Infinity InfoTech Ltd. He is also the person responsible for sending these files to the internal Infinity InfoTech Ltd team
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keeping a track of finance for every task done. The Production Coordinator would be responsible handling all the finance of the projects.
∎ We make payments by words, pages and hours. So the PC would require keeping a detailed account of finance for every task done by Vendor.
∎ Vendor Management: Interacting with Vendors on a daily basis.
∎ He is the link to the vendors/Local Project Managers/ Production Teams (DTP, Engg, QA) that receive the files to work with, outside Infinity InfoTech Ltd. He is also the person responsible for sending these files to the internal Infinity InfoTech Ltd team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
