• Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, and site supervision.

• Honest, responsible, and hardworking.

The candidate must have strong technical knowledge, site supervision capability, and leadership skills to ensure project completion within timeline and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor construction site activities and project progress.

• Ensure project work is completed according to design, drawing, and specifications.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.

• Prepare project reports, BOQ, estimation, and work schedules.

• Ensure proper quality control and safety standards at project sites.

• Monitor construction materials, labor performance, and site resources.

• Handle project planning, execution, and daily site management.

• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget.

• Solve technical and operational issues related to civil works.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
