Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Masters in Accounts/Finance .
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Familiar with UN procurement and accounts procedures and template.
∎ Monitor and ensure day-to-day Accounts & Financial activities are appropriately recorded in Books of Accounts.
∎ Daily cash dealing & maintaining Bank Book, Cash Book, Cheque Deposit Register, Cheque Issue Register, Asset Register and preparing balance sheet, journal, ledger, financial statements.
∎ Checking and posting Accounts receivable and Accounts payable data in proper way by maintaining accepted accounting principles.
∎ Understanding Taxation & VAT policy of Companies and preparation documents accordingly.
∎ Maintain payments to suppliers, contractors, employees, bank and others.
∎ Entry of all cash transactions and report on time. Analyzing the Bank Statement.
∎ Maintain project & others cost analysis.
∎ Creating and processing invoices. Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
∎ Preparing the analytical financial reports as per UN mandate.
∎ Prepare all kinds of financial statements & reports that are related with day-to-day operations.
∎ Obtaining Camp permissions. Liaison with RRRC Office and camp CIC offices.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience in accounts and finance position.
∎ Must be experienced in UN Funded project financial management.
∎ Fluency in English and Bengali.
∎ Good computer skills.
∎ Local residents of Cox'sbazar/Ukhiya/Teknafis a must.

∎ Salary Range (Consolidated):BDT 45,000/- (Monthly).

∎ Business : Women Entrepreneur Association of Bangladesh (WEAB) was established in year 2000, by a select group of businesswomen. Their aim was to create a platform to help business women establish themselves in a competitive field, dominated by men.
The main object of WEAB was to develop a support system for women entrepreneur to not only improve the quality of their products, to meet the changing market demands, but also to impart training on technical know how, design development and to create marketing links for their products.
Training programmes are regularly organized for WEAB members in various fields ranging from food processing, textile designing and quality development, production of new and innovative handicrafts to export-import, indenting, even running of petrol pumps. Traditionally women of Bangladesh were mostly engaged in agro based business like cottage craft, handicraft, stitching and embroidery, cane and bamboo weaving poultry and dairy farming.
