Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Masters in Social Science/HR/Finance or equivalent degree.
∎ PMP will be preferable

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the project's overall goal and objectives is achieved within the targeted period as per donor's and organizations' requirements.
∎ Provide all reports and documentations required by WEAB and Donor. Preparation of publications on project baseline/sub-sector studies, midterm reviews, final surveys, annual outcome surveys, project learning, ToRasper UN Women format.
∎ Develop activity plan and detailed implementation plan for each month and update quarterly.
∎ Maintain coordination with field activities, ensuring supportive field project management and reporting standards and overseeing the work at different level.
∎ Monitor project components at field along with training, workshop, meetings and provide feedbacks.
∎ Provide support in managing resources overseeing operations.
∎ Problem solving related to the project and agreed responsibilities by making sound judgements using management skills, technical knowledge, good understanding of teams and cost-effective use of the available resources.
∎ Set-up and maintain a computerized reporting system in line with agreed procedures.
∎ Ensure expenses are authorized and processed in accordance with agreed procedures.
∎ Maintain files and documents updated and in an orderly fashion.
∎ Ensure efficient running of project office, provide administrative/operational support as required.
∎ Being active in completing other activities related to the project given by the organization on time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Minimum 5 years in NGO organization.
∎ Must be experienced in UN/ International donor Funded project management.
∎ Fluency in English and Bengali.
∎ Good computer skills.
∎ Local residents of Cox'sbazar, Ukhiya or Teknaf is preferred.

Salary:
∎ Salary Range (Consolidated): BDT 70,000/- (Monthly).

∎ Business : Women Entrepreneur Association of Bangladesh (WEAB) was established in year 2000, by a select group of businesswomen. Their aim was to create a platform to help business women establish themselves in a competitive field, dominated by men.

The main object of WEAB was to develop a support system for women entrepreneur to not only improve the quality of their products, to meet the changing market demands, but also to impart training on technical know how, design development and to create marketing links for their products.

Training programmes are regularly organized for WEAB members in various fields ranging from food processing, textile designing and quality development, production of new and innovative handicrafts to export-import, indenting, even running of petrol pumps. Traditionally women of Bangladesh were mostly engaged in agro based business like cottage craft, handicraft, stitching and embroidery, cane and bamboo weaving poultry and dairy farming.
