Experience:
Minimum 5 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years of expertise in microfinance internal audit.
Strong understanding of auditing standards, accounting principles, and internal control systems.
Proven ability to analyze financial data, identify irregularities, and recommend effective solutions.
Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with accounting software will be considered an added advantage.
High level of integrity, accountability, and adherence to professional ethics.
Willingness to travel extensively to field offices across Bangladesh.

NDP implements wide-ranging programs in education, health, agriculture, housing, and microfinance in collaboration with partners including Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF) and various national & international development stakeholders.
Job Summary: NDP seeks a highly skilled and experienced Manager (Compliance, Safeguarding, & PSEA) to strengthen organizational compliance systems, promote a safe and respectful working environment, and ensure effective implementation of safeguarding and Protection from Sexual Exploitation & Abuse (PSEA) standards. The role will report to the Senior Management Team and will work closely with program, finance, HR, and field units.
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance & Governance
Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance frameworks and systems aligned with organizational policies and donor requirements.
Conduct compliance risk assessments and advise on mitigation measures.
Safeguarding & PSEA
Develop and strengthen safeguarding and PSEA policies, procedures, and reporting mechanisms.
Lead awareness raising, training, and capacity building on safeguarding and PSEA for staff and partners.
Ensure robust response, reporting, referral pathways, and investigation protocols for safeguarding incidents.
Capacity Building & Coordination
Provide technical guidance to departments on compliance and safeguarding standards.
Coordinate with internal units and external stakeholders on compliance and PSEA matters.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare periodic reports on compliance, safeguarding, and PSEA performance.
Maintain documentation and ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive financial and operational information.
Perform any other audit-related tasks as assigned by management.
After confirmation, salary will be BDT. 41,000 & other benefits as per NDP policy.
