Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct regular analysis of the current and topical issues related to poverty reduction and inclusive growth.
∎ Coordinate with programme operations, gather regular information on key learning related to thematic issues; and produce regular analysis in time for senior managers.
∎ Review regularly the capacity development approach and provide oversight on the same as per the needs of the programme; including the field.
∎ Manage and maintain strategic partnership with internal learning and leadership development units and also with external HR firms or agencies to undertake capacity development initiative in UPG Programme.
∎ Analyse the data digitalization process and identify improvement areas to ensure it works properly.
∎ Contribute to operational management of digitalization process implementation in the field to support programme in faster decision-making.

∎ JOB PURPOSE
∎ To provide issue-based analysis related to poverty reduction and inclusive growth, as well as on topical issues; and to coordinate the capacity building interventions for staff based on the analysis of the need within the UPG programme.
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Conduct regular analysis of the current and topical issues related to poverty reduction and inclusive growth.
∎ Coordinate with programme operations, gather regular information on key learning related to thematic issues; and produce regular analysis in time for senior managers.

∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
