Education:

Master's degree in any discipline. B.Ed. /M.Ed. will be preferred. Minimum Bachelor's degree for experienced candidates.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 25 years

Minimum 3 years’ experience in education programs and Training facilitation in NGO/INGO or other Development Organizations.

 Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supervising teachers of non-formal education.

 Conduct teachers' training in collaboration with donors and local administration.

 Knowledge of education programs and understanding of education in an emergency context will be an asset.

 Knowledge of lesson plans & class monitoring capacity.

 Knowledge of program record skills.

 Basic computer skills in MS Office.

 Camp-level working experience will be highly preferred.

 Fluency in the local language will be an asset.



Responsibilities & Context:

Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare organization. JCF is implementing Sustaining Education for Rohingya Refugee Children in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh project supported by Japan Platform Fund. To ensure the quality implementation of the project, JCF intends to recruit project staff from qualified candidates of Bangladeshi nationals.

Job Responsibilities:

 Supervise teachers and assist with the daily operation of the project.

 Assist with the scheduling of teachers and outreach events.

 Maintain a strong external presence within the community while promoting programs and services.

 Participation in meetings, workshops, training, etc.

 Supporting MEAL Officer and Technical Officer in organizing meetings and training.

 Conducting home visits of irregular learners.

 Communication with the project team, local government, and other stakeholders.

 Supporting logistics management for field activities.

 Maintain humanitarian national and international standards applicable.

 Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Gender, Money laundering, Whistle Blowing and other Policies.



Job Other Benifits:

    Consolidated Tk. 40,000 per month and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
