Job Context:
∎ Family Planning Association of Bangladesh (FPAB) is hereby inviting application for the position of Program Manager of DFAT funded Digital Health Intervention (DHI) project. The Prime responsibility of the Program Manager will be primarily responsible for successful project management. The Project Manager will provide substantial technical and operational guidance to all branches for successful and timely implementation of project activities on ground and ensures highest quality slandered in providing digital health services through selected branches. She/he will represent FPAB in different forums and maintain meaningful liaison with different levels of stakeholders involved with the project. This will be a full-time engagement up to the project period.
∎ Job Location: National Head Quarter
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the project especially focused to Digital Health Intervention (DHI) in the field of Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH)
∎ Provide substantial technical and operational guidance to FPAB branch offices its service delivery points for successful implementation of the project
∎ Capacity building of the relevant staff members on providing digital health services
∎ Provide technical input and guide the process of developing app based telemedicine software, field testing of the app and launching the app on ground use
∎ Monitor the quality of telemedicine services, performance monitoring and budget monitoring
∎ Process documentation, donor reporting and maintain regular communication with donor and IPPF
∎ Maintain effective liaison with GoB counterpart and relevant stakeholders for successful implementation of the project and sharing the evidences to support future programming
∎ Support the advocacy along with the likeminded CSOs to influence government policy in including MRM self care in national Family Planning policy
∎ Project close out maintaining donor requirements and IPPF recommendations
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven expertise in project management
∎ Understanding about digital health intervention especially telemedicine services.
∎ Min of 5yrs of experience working in development sector, specifically on SRHR issues
∎ A high level of proficiency in Bangla and English
∎ Demonstrated expertise in conducting training on Digital Health Intervention (DHI)
∎ Experiences working with teleconsultation and telehealth service delivery are preferred
∎ Should have knowledge on the country's legislative issues providing DHI
