Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Position.
Minimum 10 years of Total Experience
Schedule & Performance Monitoring:
Develop and maintain the master schedule for the program, ensuring all work packages and milestones are properly tracked.
Lead periodic program reviews to assess performance, address challenges, and ensure alignment with project timelines.
Program Management:
Lead and oversee all phases of the project, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets all technical and safety standards.
Monitor program performance metrics (KPIs), track progress, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep the program on track.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management:
Act as the main point of contact for coordination between internal departments, external contractors, consultants, and government agencies.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration between engineering, construction, procurement, and operations teams.
Risk Management:
Identify program risks, assess their potential impacts, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Implement risk management practices and contingency plans to proactively address issues that may affect the project schedule or budget.
Monitor and report on risk mitigation efforts and ensure they are incorporated into program planning.
Budget & Financial Control:
Oversee financial management of the project, including budgeting, cost control, and forecasting.
Ensure proper allocation of resources and that expenditures align with approved budgets.
Compliance:
Coordinate with quality assurance and safety teams to conduct audits and assessments.
Reporting & Documentation:
Provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders on program status, challenges, and successes.
Ensure that all documentation related to the program, including design changes, approvals, and contracts, is properly recorded and maintained.
Prepare reports and presentations for key milestones and program updates to executive leadership
and public authorities.
