Responsibilities & Context:

A Consortium consisting of a leading international engineering firm and one of the largest construction companies in Bangladesh, with over 40 years of experience delivering major infrastructure projects, is seeking experienced professionals for a Landmark High-Rise Building Development Project in Bangladesh. The project involves the construction of a modern multi-story high-rise building designed to meet internationally recognized green building standards (LEED or equivalent).

The consortium is seeking highly qualified professionals with proven experience in high-rise building construction and green building implementation to support the successful delivery of this flagship project. Applicants must meet the minimum qualifications and experience requirements listed below.

Role Overview

Provide overall leadership and management for the construction and supervision of the high-rise building project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall project planning, coordination, and implementation

  • Manage project schedule, cost, quality, and reporting

  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards

  • Lead project progress monitoring and risk management
