• 18+ years in implementing port infrastructures projects and yard expansion projects

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Port, Terminal, Railway Construction, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas or similar industries

• Leadership experience: Proven background as a Project Lead, Team Lead, or Delivery Manager

• End-to-end delivery: Lead the full lifecycle delivery of terminal physical assets, including marine and civil infrastructure, buildings, equipment, and project IT

• Operational excellence: Ensure safe, cost-efficient, and operationally ready facilities aligned to terminal performance goals

• Vendor & partner management: Work closely with construction partners, equipment suppliers, and IT vendors to deliver integrated solutions

• Asset integration: Drive seamless integration of all assets into a fully functional terminal, ready for operational volume testing

• People leadership: Set direction, manage performance, and develop teams through coaching and mentoring

• Strategic contribution: Contribute to cross-functional decision-making and execution in line with APMT's long-term business and operational strategy

• We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager responsible for the end-to-end delivery and lifecycle management of terminal physical assets-marine and civil infrastructure, buildings, equipment, and project IT-ensuring safe, cost-efficient, and operationally ready facilities.

• This is a people-leadership role with full accountability for team performance, development, and delivery, contributing to cross-functional decision-making and executing functional strategy through a team of professionals.

• The role partners closely with construction, equipment, and IT vendors to integrate all assets into a fully functional terminal ready for operational volume testing
