Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in the maritime, transport, logistics, or container terminal industry.

• Proven experience in terminal operations, port operations, or logistics infrastructure environments.

• Demonstrated experience in setting up new business operations or terminal start-ups, including organisational structure, recruitment, and operational readiness.

• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or capital expansion projects, preferably within port or terminal environments.

• Previous experience working with container terminal operators, shipping lines, port authorities, or government agencies.

• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across operational, commercial, and support functions in complex project environments.

Laldia Container Terminal Limited, a strategic investment by APM Terminals in Bangladesh, is developing the Laldia Container Terminal, a greenfield port facility located approximately 5 km downstream of the existing Chittagong Port. The terminal will feature modern quay infrastructure, advanced container handling equipment, and supporting utilities designed to handle up to 1.47 million TEUs upon full development.

We are seeking an experienced Business Integration Lead responsible for driving the business set-up and operational readiness of the terminal ahead of go-live. The role will ensure that all business functions-including operations, HR, commercial, finance, HSSE, and legal-are established, aligned with project timelines, and integrated with the assets under construction.

The position will act as the primary focal point for internal and external stakeholders, including relevant government authorities, industry partners, and project teams, ensuring that operational, commercial, and organisational frameworks are established to support a successful terminal launch.
