Experience:

BSc. In Architecture from a Govt. Approved University.

• At least 7 years

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar Position.

• Minimum 15 years of Total Experience

• Lead the architectural design process for metro rail stations, depots, terminals, and associated structures, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.

• Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and design development drawings in collaboration with the project team and stakeholders.

• Coordinate with engineers, planners, and other professionals to integrate architectural elements with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.

• Review and approve architectural plans, specifications, and construction documents to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project standards.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess construction progress, resolve design issues, and ensure adherence to design intent.

• Manage a team of architects, designers, and drafting personnel to facilitate design workflow, quality control, and project coordination.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives, including clients, consultants, contractors, and government agencies.

• Stay updated on industry trends, innovative design technologies, and sustainable practices to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
