Responsibilities & Context:
A Consortium consisting of a leading international engineering firm and one of the largest construction companies in Bangladesh, with over 40 years of experience delivering major infrastructure projects, is seeking experienced professionals for a Landmark High-Rise Building Development Project in Bangladesh. The project involves the construction of a modern multi-story high-rise building designed to meet internationally recognized green building standards (LEED or equivalent).
The consortium is seeking highly qualified professionals with proven experience in high-rise building construction and green building implementation to support the successful delivery of this flagship project. Applicants must meet the minimum qualifications and experience requirements listed below.
Role Overview
Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems across the project.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate installation of MEP and fire systems
Review MEP drawings and shop drawings
Resolve technical clashes across disciplines
Support inspections, testing, and commissioning
Maintain MEP documentation and reporting
