Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will work as a team member of SMC Training pool.
∎ The position will be responsible for capacity development of SMC’s private sector network members through skill-based training on modern methods of family planning, child health, nutrition, tuberculosis.
∎ The Program Executive will assist training team key personnel in facilitation of basic, refresher training of Blue Star, Green Star and Pink Star providers.
∎ The incumbent will strengthen coordination with public, private and NGO sector to get continuous support in organizing training events.
∎ The position will assist supervisor in designing and developing training curriculum on different health and family planning related issues.
∎ The position will also follow up providers after training, assess further training need and provide on-site coaching.
∎ This position needs extensive travel (at least 70% time for facilitating training session) to organize training events outside of his/her base station.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At-least 3 years’ experience to conduct training with regards to public health priority services including Health and Family planning in NGO and private sector professionals
∎ Skill in designing and developing training curriculum on different health and family planning related issues will be preferable
∎ Good training facilitation skill
∎ English and Bangla both in speaking and writing
∎ Well familiar with Microsoft office, excel and power point
