B.Sc. in Animal Nutrition, Agriculture, Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant discipline from a reputed university.

• At least 3 years

• Age At least 24 years
• Only Male

• Basic knowledge of feed mill production processes.

• Ability to work in shifts.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Computer literacy (MS Office).

Job Context

We are seeking a dedicated and technically competent production officer to support day-to-day feed mill production operations. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth production flow, maintaining product quality, optimizing output, and complying with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Planning: Execute daily production plans as per schedule and target.

• Machine Operation: Monitor and operate feed mill machinery to ensure optimal performance.

• Process Control: Ensure correct formulation, mixing, pelleting, and packing processes.

• Quality Coordination: Coordinate with the Quality Control team to maintain feed quality standards.

• Floor Supervision: Supervise production floor activities and manpower during shifts.

• Raw Material Usage: Ensure proper use of raw materials and minimize wastage.

• Downtime Control: Identify production issues and assist in reducing machine downtime.

• Documentation: Maintain daily production reports, logs, and shift records.

• Safety Compliance: Follow safety rules, GMP, and company SOPs at all times.

• Reporting: Report daily production status and issues to the production in-charge/manager.
