∎ Job Summary:
∎ We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing processes, ensure production targets are met, and maintain high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will lead a team of operators, monitor production efficiency, and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Monitor production schedules and ensure targets are met on time.
∎ Enforce quality control standards and ensure products meet company specifications.
∎ Train and manage production staff, ensuring they follow safety guidelines and operational procedures.
∎ Identify and troubleshoot equipment or process issues to minimize downtime.
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
∎ Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with warehouse and supply chain teams.
∎ Prepare reports on production output, efficiency, and any operational challenges.
∎ Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
∎ 4+ years of experience in production supervision, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety standards.
∎ Experience with manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
∎ Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
