- Experience handling electronics or small device assembly is a big advantage.
- Leadership experience required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Good problem-solving skills
Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead and supervise daily production operations.
- Manage production workers and assign tasks to meet daily targets.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with SOP and QC standards.
- Coordinate with Warehouse & QC departments to maintain smooth production flow.
- Improve production efficiency and reduce defects.
- Train workers on assembly techniques and safety procedures.
- Prepare daily production reports for management.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and performance within the production team.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance in the production area.
- Training or certification in production management is a plus.

Weekend: Friday
Basic Salary: 15000 taka And Full attendance 5000.
Performance Bonus
Payment on the 10th of every month
