∎ Oriental Ecowoods Ltd. is looking some honest, energetic and punctual Production Supervisor Cum Quality Controller who has at least 3 years practical work experiences in factory environment with the following skills.
∎ Candidates will get the Extra Priority, If they have practical experiences in the door, board or furniture industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise overall production processes & ensure the product quality by implementing corrective & preventive action along with root cause analysis.
∎ Ensure the quality and quantity of finished product during delivery.
∎ To Help and motivate the manufacturing staff to achieve goals by proper monitoring and guideline.
∎ Keep records of all the quality parameters during new sample development.
∎ Responsible to ensure the incoming Raw Materials, Packaging Materials; Painting Materials etc are meeting the quality standard.
∎ Counseling employees on how to achieve an optimal output or workflow.
∎ Maintain a clean and safe environment for all workers.
∎ Identify and remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications.
∎ Write reports to document deficiencies & errors of products.
∎ Prepare various report and inform the authority time to time.
∎ Communicate the results of inspections and put forward corrective suggestions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in the production line of WPC or Plastic door & boards Industry, Furniture Manufacturer Company.
∎ Analytical abilities, creativity, innovative ideas.
∎ Sound knowledge in Computer is must & able to correspond via e-mail.
∎ Knowledge on printing quality of wood items.
