Responsibilities & Context:
Seeking an experienced Production Manager to take full managerial responsibility of manufacturing operations across our foam, adhesive, silicone, and chemical production lines. This is a senior, hands-on role with end-to-end responsibility for output, quality, safety, cost control, and team performance across multiple product categories.
Preferred background in chemical manufacturing, adhesives, sealants, polymers, or foam and has experience managing multiple production lines and teams.
Responsibilities
Plan and oversee daily production across all manufacturing lines
Ensure production targets are met on time, in full, and to specification
Enforce quality standards and resolve deviations across all product categories
Lead and develop production supervisors, operators, and shift teams
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with chemical handling standards
Drive process improvements to reduce waste, downtime, and cost per unit
Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment uptime
Report production KPIs, forecasting, and capacity planning to management
