∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3+ years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in adhesives, sealants, or hardware.
∎ Adequate product knowledge of sealants, adhesives, and hardware.
∎ Proficientt communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and meet targets.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
∎ Identify and approach new customers; maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
∎ Promote products through client meetings, marketing campaigns, and exhibitions.
∎ Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
∎ Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
∎ Prepare regular sales reports.
