Responsibilities & Context:
Strategic Financial Planning: Lead the development of long-term financial strategies and budgeting processes to align with the group’s expansion goals.
Financial Reporting & Analysis: Oversee the preparation of comprehensive financial reports, audits, and performance analyses to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to all financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards relevant to the group's diverse operations in Bangladesh.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with the group’s various business units, including infrastructure, apparel, and automotive sectors.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the executive leadership and department heads to optimize cost structures, monitor project profitability, and drive operational efficiency.
