Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead Sales, Project Procurement, and Administrative functions within our real estate development division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing procurement processes, and ensuring smooth operational and administrative execution across ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Management

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential and land development projects
  • Lead, manage, and monitor in-house sales teams and external broker networks
  • Oversee pricing, product positioning, and market penetration strategies
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets and timely inventory liquidation
  • Monitor sales pipeline, customer engagement, and collections

Procurement Management

  • Plan and manage procurement activities for construction materials, contractors, and services
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors
  • Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards
  • Align procurement schedules with project timelines
  • Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships

Administration & Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the real estate division
  • Coordinate with project, legal, and compliance teams for smooth execution
  • Ensure proper documentation of land, contracts, approvals, and regulatory requirements
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure operational efficiency
  • Maintain internal reporting systems and process discipline
