• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and quality systems.

• Ability to work flexible shifts (day/night) as per production schedule.

• Overall production floor supervision & ensure production quality.

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor production processes during the assigned shift.

• Ensure production schedules are met as per daily/weekly targets.

• Monitor machine operation, material usage, and minimize wastage.

• Ensure continuous production flow and resolve operational bottlenecks.

• Maintain production records, defect reports, and downtime logs.

• Ensure discipline, attendance, and compliance with company policies.

• Conduct shift handover and communicate key updates to next shift in-charge.

• Report shift performance, production output, and issues to the Production Manager.

• Coordinate with maintenance for machine breakdowns or preventive maintenance.

• Any other job assign by the PM.
