Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to monitor and evaluate raw materials, manpower planning, production recording and follow up.
∎ Coordinate with merchandising team for future orders, present order status, and product costing and discuss capacity status of the factory. Take decision to accept any order or not when there is less margin.
∎ Allocate styles in different units based on available capacity and product categories. Transfer orders from units to units for job work in terms of production capacity. Change technical setting of the garment for the reduction of making cost and production friendly samples.
∎ Follow up the complete production supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery.
∎ Follow up on Daily Production Status and raise alarms wherever delays happening or anticipated.
∎ Create MIS and maintain records for daily, weekly and monthly production and laundry.
∎ Keep and update the purchase records and various information from buyer's end. Follow up shipment, and ensure that all deadlines are being met. Submit daily production report to Head of Production.
∎ Work closely with various departments to ensure items are being approved within due dates.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.
∎ Should be elegant, energetic & have pleasant personality.
∎ Dynamic, self-motivated and excellent in inter personal skill
∎ Experience of serving at similar position in sweater industry and related field will be an additional advantage.
