∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ B.Sc/M.Sc in Textile Engineering or Chemistry will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Washing plant chemical
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading the wet process section of the factory.
∎ Converting wash formula from sample to wash.
∎ Job done Shade Band Approval, Trial Bulk & Fixed with the wash formula.
∎ As per process wise layout , process sequence at dry & wet should be buyer requirement.
∎ Shipment & Sewing schedule wise wash and delivery plan.
∎ Ensuring shipment & sewing schedule wise wash & delivery plan.
∎ Maintaining buyer and in house SOP and try to implement and add new wash formula.
∎ Reduce chemical cost, rejection and re-wash.
∎ KB/Kohls/Zara/H&M denim receive to shipment all responsibility and follow up.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 37 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Maintain sample & production related responsibility.
