Job Context:
∎ • We have own modern factory with an impressive one-stop-shop production facility serving apparel identification solution, print and packaging industry.
∎ • We are looking highly professional, expertise, dynamic, hardworking, intelligence, self-motivated people for Joint Venture Label Company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Responsible for overseeing the production processes of Garments Accessories Factory.
∎ • Responsible for overseeing the production planning and execute the plan to get the proper outcome.
∎ • Proper and effective production follow-up to trace the production process status.
∎ • Correspondence with the respective departments to smoothen the on-time shipment process of the customers.
∎ • Need to implement the fish bone analysis to find out the root causes for any production defaulter.
∎ • Maintaining the good relation among the departments.
∎ • Update the production SOP time to time.
∎ • Effectively handle the waste management to minimize the production cost.
∎ • Review production status of orders, and determine if the factory is manufacturing the products to specified quality levels.
∎ • Meet the daily, weekly and monthly production target.
∎ • Forecasting the daily, weekly and monthly production quantity.
∎ • Access the production process and find out the Gap and make action plan to mitigate the gap.
∎ • Provide Guideline to the subordinates.
∎ • Update the management the production status.
∎ • Maintain the all buyers order status, update production information through ERP.
∎ • Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
∎ • Arrange sample submission to customers for approval.
∎ • Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality and budget requirements.
∎ • Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Should be a pleasant personality, smart and well groomed.
∎ • Should work well independently as well as in a big team.
∎ • Should be self-motivated, organized and disciplined.
∎ • Should have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility.
∎ • Should be willing to work additional hours if it is required to finish the assigned responsibility.
∎ • Should have knowledge in MS Office, ERP & other computer applications.
∎ • Should have good analytical ability, good communication skill in English and Bangla.
