∎ The applicants should have vast experience in Garments sector+ specially in Production Planning .
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multi tasking skill.
∎ Good communication skill in both English and Bangali.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time- fame
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Need to have strong knowledge/ understanding of production Planning.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The candidate should have knit Garments experience
∎ Must be an expert on Production Management
∎ Responsible for effective Production Planning and efficient implementation/ follow-up order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with merchandising & marketing for order planning .
∎ Building relationship with Merchandising department & production people for smooth operation.
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning.
∎ Manage production planning staff relationship and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules.
∎ Always be update on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation.
∎ Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.
∎ Analyze and evaluation of production plans and present operational performances any others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ TOADS SARL ( Liaison Office ) is a 100% foreign owned company looking for some experience person for their Gulshan Head office to work in Garments sector. The required post and position are-
∎ The candidate should have knit Garments experience
