Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Context:
∎ Responsible to monitor and evaluate raw materials, manpower planning, production recording, and follow-up.
∎ Production planning according to capacity and 100% capacity utilization at minimum cost.
∎ Setting the production targets and archives on time.
∎ Follow up sampling, pre-production activities, cutting, sewing, washing, and finishing according to plan.
∎ Update production planning from time to time according to the current situation.
∎ Work to implement planning and reduce plan vs actual gap.
∎ Distribute production planning to all related production staff and meetings to implement planning.
∎ Monitor daily production; make daily production reports and track section-wise production.
∎ Achieve on-time shipment maintaining production work sequence.
∎ Work with merchandising team to QC file as per production lead time and monitor trims-accessories and fabrics in-house status.
∎ Closely monitoring all pre-production activities(Size set cutting, PP meeting, Pilot Run) and priority-based work progressing.
∎ Chase the finishing team for on-time final arrangement and ship the goods.
∎ Implement production planning and update from time to time.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making effective monthly production plan/advanced plan of the orders in consultation and coordinating with Marketing and Merchandising, production head, & management team.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely shipment through strong production follow-up.
∎ Order status monitoring & regularly scheduled meetings with Merchandising, production & fabrics department for order planning & proper line allocation of the styles.
∎ Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a root cause analysis and give a quick solution for a smooth operation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience working in a large woven Garments factory.
∎ Strong & Communication skills, ability to lead & create a team-based environment.
∎ Demonstrated abilities in process improvement of garments management.
∎ Excellent communication skills both written & spoken English.
∎ Any professional degree in apparel manufacturing will be an added advantage.
