(part of AkijBashir Group) intent to recruit a group of graduate engineers as Production Officer/Assistant Engineer (Trainee) from reputed universities with a vision to upgrade Jute Industries from traditional practices to the next level of industry 4.0 and to bridge the gap, we are looking forward to aspiring candidates willing to take up the challenges of this journey of excellence with professional approach. Location will be at Faridpur. The selected candidates will be compensated with attractive package.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have an excellent Production Management capability.
∎ Plan, coordinate and control production process.
∎ Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of production.
∎ Follow up floors for effectively planning implementation.
∎ Train departmental work force to minimize maintenance hours and costs through appropriate preventive maintenance.
∎ Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules.
∎ Build relationship with production people for smooth operation.
∎ Ensure resolving technical problem during production.
∎ Ensure proper use to raw material for smooth production.
∎ Maintain work efficiency parameters such as Productivity, Processing Cost, Yield Variance, Batch variance, Right-First-Time, minimum machine breakdown etc. as per target set by management.
∎ Any others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 27 years
∎ Fresher are highly encouraging to apply.
∎ Age at most 30 years.
∎ Public University Students will get preference.
∎ Understanding of process, machineries, safety norm, planning concepts
∎ Good computer knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills
∎ A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
∎ Analytical ability & Output oriented approach.
∎ Should have hard working mentality.
