∎ Diploma in Agriculture Preferred
∎ BA/BSc/MSc
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make a yearly plan and budget of op vegetable seed production
∎ To assess the area of seed production based on feasibility (land and climatic situation) and socio-economic condition.
∎ To select the expert stakeholder/ideal farmer according to their previous experiences on different crops.
∎ To arrange the post-harvest processing of the collected seeds.
∎ To make an arrangement of seed sample collection and conducting germination locally and the part of the sample of the seeds sending to the SPC in time to ensure the seed quality.
∎ To maintain the respective documents and register regularly.
∎ To assess the local market of the crop wise seed in every season.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): OP Vegetable Seed Production
∎ Driving motorcycle with valid driving license will be an advantage.
∎ Should have good communication skills in Bangla & English with computer compose
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office (Word, excel, Power point)
∎ Maintain the confidentiality of information
∎ Working ability as a team member
Salary: Negotiable
