Responsibilities & Context:
∎ For Nourish Foods Limited (Rice Kernel Unit) Production Department.
∎ Ensuring Productivity, Product development, preliminary production in process control & final production plan.
∎ Ensure quantity of production based on the plan.
∎ Ability to develop strategic plans and improve managerial capability of the production house.
∎ Prepare periodical storage, physical distribution and movement plan as per production plan.
∎ Ensure safety stock of raw material, packaging materials and finished goods to meet the market demand.
∎ Ensure that machine run at optimum speed & efficiency and maintain production records, maintain the right setting for the machine.
∎ Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality control and others department.
∎ Product Costing.
∎ Mindset of working on your own.
∎ To assist in managing and controlling the performance of officers, staff and workers of production department through motivation and training.
∎ To Control the Wastage percentage of the Factory to a minimum level.
∎ Development and Implementation of production schedule that meet needs of the marketing team.To execute any jobs as assigned by the higher authority.
∎ Implementing ISO 22000:2005, HACCP, GMP, Halal and Train up Production, Team.
