Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare, develop and execute of production plan for the poultry processing unit.
∎ Monitor raw material receiving and requisition
∎ Daily stock monitoring and requisition as per customer demand
∎ Good knowledge in Quality Assurance and Quality Control
∎ Experience in meat processing, portioning, weighing, and packaging
∎ Maintaining FIFO
∎ Cold chain maintenance
∎ Daily reporting of production, stock movement
∎ Cleaning and hygiene concept for all products as well as factory
∎ Ability to run the production team
∎ Analysis of market feedback and demand

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Must be a team player with good presentation skills.
∎ Should have a positive attitude.
∎ Ability to maintain self-composure in a high-pressure workplace.

Salary: Negotiable
