∎ Job Location: Konabari, Gazipur
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the production process, drawing up production schedule
∎ Ensure that the production is cost effective
∎ Assist in resources requirement
∎ Assist in drafting timescale for the job
∎ Assist in estimating costs and setting the quality standards.
∎ Carry out production processes and adjust schedule as needed
∎ Carryout product standards and implement quality control programs
∎ Assist superior to implement the Company policies & goals.
∎ Carryout specified health & safety guidelines
∎ Supervise and motivate a team of workers.
∎ The ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet tight deadlines.
∎ Any other task provided by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Should be passionate about troubleshooting with long career commitment.
∎ Behavioral Skills: Team player, Proactive, Self-starter and Outdoorsy
∎ Experience: 10 years or above experience in auto biscuits production area with automation experience in material handling system along with trouble shooting in renowned FMCG (Local /MNC).
