Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ HSC preferable in Science from a reputed institute.
∎ Industrial training preferable with packing machine knowledge/knowledge on molding machine will be an advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This role will be responsible for assisting planning, directing and coordinating and implementing activities concerned with design, construction, modifications, and maintenance of machinery and equipment by performing the following duties personally as well as through the team.
∎ Candidate must have experiences in biscuits packing machine knowledge with maintenance.
∎ To make all type of change over @ variety wise
∎ Parts with chain, lugs, making complete sets
∎ Ability to calculate wrapper design, cartoon box design etc.
∎ Experience in development work
∎ Knowledge of modification work
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in Biscuits packing machine repair and maintenance work.
∎ Must be familiar with food processing and packaging equipment.
∎ Must have excellent team player capability.
∎ Candidate having advanced technical and working knowledge of computerized maintenance programs, PLC, photo sensors, and automation technology is an advantage.
∎ Flexibility in work schedule hours to overlap with all three shifts as needed for direct management of the department.
∎ Ability to plan ahead, and take initiative in preventing mechanical downtime.
∎ Working knowledge of OSHA, QMS, and GMP requirements as he pertain to maintenance activities at a food processing facility.
