∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production of Toiletries and Hygiene Products., Production planning, Production Process, Production/ Operation Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute and monitor daily production & packaging as per schedule.
∎ Manage smooth plant operation with minimum changeover and material wastage.
∎ Ensure SOP-based operation for all machines.
∎ Evaluate performance and ensure necessary training for operators and workers of the production unit.
∎ Maintain proper hygiene, safety, sanitation in production unit guided by ISO standard.
∎ Prepare daily/monthly production reports (e.g. wastage cost percentage, raw material values, finished goods values, direct labor values, machine breakdown with time, etc.)
∎ Receive the production requirement, plan and oversee the production works of particular shift accordingly.
∎ Ensure that proper working conditions & compliance requirements at the workplace are maintained.
∎ Prepare & submit necessary reports required by the management.
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of manpower, machine, materials, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Self-driven and innovative attitude.
∎ Strong interpersonal skill to communicate with people.
