Job Context:
∎ The persons who are experienced in performing Dyeing CPB related activities, are encouraged to apply.
∎ Job Location: Mawna, Sreepur, Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have adequate knowledge to lead a team of Cold Pad Batch (CPB) department.
∎ Should have vast experience to operate & run CPB department independently.
∎ Technically sound to go through the whole procedure and to supervise the personnel efficiently.
∎ To keep records of the amount of fabric dyed or finished or the amount of chemicals used.
∎ Communicate with co-workers, who perform other parts of the manufacturing process and must notify management in the case of machine malfunctions.
∎ To have in-depth knowledge for mixing the chemical 'recipe' for dyeing both natural and synthetic textiles.
∎ Strong decision making capability so that chemical dye formula would create the right colour, making up a sample dye and checking to make sure it produces the right results.
∎ Recommending any special finishes or treatments to be applied after the dying process.
∎ To use computer-controlled instruments to mix dyes.
∎ Inspect the fabric to ensure they have been finished to the required specifications and no defects are present.
∎ Monitors, supervises & advises to mix the right chemicals and dyes which would use properly in the machines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in Dyeing CPB.
∎ Good communication skills in English & Bangla (both written and spoken).
∎ Sound knowledge in computer applications and internet.
∎ Basic knowledge on dying & finishing activities.
